Resources will be responsible for analyzing the capacity of the platforms and making recommendations to design leads who are tasked with creating high-level design documents for the integration of the systems.
Ideal candidates will possess the following:
* 10 years of Unix administration experience
* 3 to 5 years advanced distributed systems performance analysis experience
* 3 to 5 years if capacity planning and performance tuning experience with UNIX, LINUX and Windows platforms
* UNIX (AIX and Solaris) platform experience * Must possess ability to utilize UNIX native commands to determine cause of performance issues and anomalies
* Self-motivated, works well in a team environment or independently
* Experience with industry standard capacity/modeling tools (Bank of America utilizes proprietary tools)
* Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
* Excellent verbal, written communication skills and organizational skills
* Math, Science or Engineering Degree is preferred, as planners will be responsible for analytics, statistics and systems analysis
