Job Responsibilities:
General Summary:
Responsible for the implementation of sales order process to include validation of technical designs for voice and data services, order entry, and coordination with Service Delivery and Revenue Assurance teams to ensure timely and accurate network implementations and accurate billing

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review and scrub all orders before entering into LINX/COE/IPS/TBS, ensuring that paperwork is in compliance with established platform guidelines
• Enter and process orders in all order systems including LiNX, COE and IPS
• Ensures accurate product information, pricing, ICB requirements and other requirements as determined by the revenue recognition guidelines
• Initiates corrective action process when the order package is not complete
• Initiates the credit application process for all customers and tracks credit approvals, and performs credit look-up in eRAM system, as needed
• Responsible for tracking orders through the entire sales process
• Tracks out of market multi-location orders (ones sold by TSC’s home market)
• Overall, acts as focal point for order entry status
• Acts as local market Subject Matter Expert for all order entry systems
• Assembles required information and distributes new customer welcome kits
• Performs other sales support duties as required, included tracking revenue and commissions
• Conducts ad-hoc local market training, as required
• Interfaces with customers and vendors as required to obtain accurate and complete technical details for order entry and processing (as required on ALGX orders)
• Contacts customer during order processing and provisioning, keeps the customer informed of the status and any issues related to the order (as required for ALGX orders)
• Works with Circuit Design and Provisioning to resolve rejects due to system issues or requested in flight order changes

• Licensures:
