The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall clinical operation of the hospice agency. Key responsibilities involve budgetary, management, leading the activities of the nursing team, providing clinical direction, and ensuring growth and profitability of the agency. Our candidate will possess the ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality levels consistent with professional standards and goals.
The ideal candidate will have hospice experience and management experience.

RN with minimum of one year experience in providing medical, oncology, home health care, or hospice nursing preferred. (This may be higher by state specific regulation.) Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
